Celestia

Celestia is a state in central Arjastan and is the only full Arjan state not to have international borders. It does however border every single other Arjan state, with the exception of Crnovac capital territory. Celestians are well known for speaking a strange dialect of Arjan in which Js and Hs are added seemingly at random. Celestia in the Celestian dialect of Arjan is Celehstija. Celestia is often considered the spiritual homeland of Arjastan, as well as one of the oldest parts of the country - it is at Florets, Celestia's second city, that the capital of the first ever Arjan nation was. The capital of Celestia today is Lutzbridg.
